Corporate credit cards are the property of Truist and shall not be used for personal purchases except when those purchases are deemed an "Acceptable Personal Expense".

Teammates are responsible for understanding and complying with the OVC-TSSM-2000 Travel and Expense Reimbursement Policy

Truist Teammates are subject to the terms of use for Social Security Numbers. All Truist Visa Corporate Card holders will have access to Truist Online Banking to view their statements and make payments. Teammates 9-digit Social Security number will be utilized for this capability.

Teammates who regularly travel, entertain customers, or otherwise incur business expenses for Truist are required to obtain and use a Truist Owned Corporate Card when incurring such expenses.

Corporate credit cards are paid directly for each business-related card transaction submitted and approved through the Truist expense reimbursement system. Teammates are responsible for paying the Corporate Credit Card "Acceptable Personal Expense" not reimbursed through the expense reimbursement process.
