A Consumer Cross Border Wire is a wire debiting a retail/personal account and the destination is an International location.

Service Request Definitions: 


Incoming Wire - Returning an incoming wire back to the sending institution or requesting additional details for an incoming wire transfer.

Service Message - Amending or changing an outgoing wire, Trace an outgoing wire/ client claiming non-receipt- the beneficiary is stating that they have not received the wire.
Reverse Request - A Request to reverse or recall an outgoing wire transfer that has already been sent.
Fraud –A request to reverse or recall funds due to fraudulent activity/Validity – Authenticity request.
